WE ARE PRAYING FOR YOU!!
Now that we are in the midst of this pandemic, what is happening in your world? There are currently 11 Correctional Institutions in the state of Florida that have double-digit cases where staff and inmate alike have tested positive for COVID-19 and 8 of those 11 have triple-digit cases! They have to wear a mask whenever they get off their bunk, they have limited movement and have had their time for activities on their Rec. Yard severely limited. Then, on top of that, due to social distancing guidelines, there is not a lot to do once they do make it outside their dorm.
Through the faithful prayers and support of many, Harvest of Life has been able to donate some items to the Recreational Departments of these Institutions in North Florida, praise God! We have been able to donate footballs, frisbees, and corn hole games to 9 Institutions over the past couple of months. What a privilege and blessing it has been to be able to take these items to the chaplains and wardens and bless them during this trying time. We also continue to send birthday and encouragement cards letting them know they are not forgotten and they are being prayed for by our team.
Pray for us and other prison ministries as it is looking like it will still be a few months before we are allowed in to minister. It seems like there is a new institution each week popping up with a spike in positive cases of Corona virus. Stay positive and encouraged! God is faithful and He hasn’t changed! But look at what has changed: Who would have thought that professional sports would ever just stop? That national borders would close? That international travel would be grounded? That church services would be suspended? That the Wonderful World of Disney would stay shut? Any and everything can be taken away, no matter who you are or where you are; our most reliable systems can’t always be relied upon. Everything is temporary, even our lives. Everything, that is, except . . . God’s promises! “The grass withers, the flower fades, but the Word of our God will stand forever.” Isaiah 40:8.

Harvest of Life Ministries is a faith ministry devoted to ministering to the incarcerated through weekly Bible Study classes & monthly worship services in the prisons located in the panhandle of Florida. Harvest of Life also is involved in the Faith-Based Dorms and Prisons of North Florida teaching character-building qualities that reflect God's attributes as revealed through His Son Jesus Christ.
Harvest of Life Ministries is not supported by any one church or denomination. We count on the prayers and financial donations of those led to support us. We are grateful for you and we pray that God would bless you abundantly! Harvest of Life Ministries is also involved in encouraging those incarcerated through correspondence and donation of Bibles. books, and DVD's along with evangelizing the Hispanic through the sending of bilingual Bibles and Bible studies to those in ICE facilities.
